Zoals de Nederlandstalige band Blof zou zeggen: oktober overvalt ons ieder jaar.

Na de bewogen septembermaand, belooft ook oktober een spannende maand te worden.

Ik ben er uit. Wil alleen nog traden. Waarom?

Ik ben er van overtuigd dat MS via stomannen (al dan niet in overleg met directie Nokia) de koers op dit niveau stabiel laat houden. Zoals jullie weten heeft MS een berg geld om U tegen te zeggen. Ze huren gewoon 1 of meerdere zakenbanken in, om de koers te stabiliseren in de aanloop naar de BAVA en de Q3-cijfers.

Door schade en schande bij voorgaande "overnames" wijzer geworden. Dit is wel een bijzonder geval. MS trekt zich namelijk niet terug. Ik schat een ritje naar 5.50 dus niet als waarschijnlijk.
Een hogere koers voedt de wens van aandeelhouders om een hogere overname prijs te willen ontvangen. MS zal dat (willen) voorkomen.

Deel jouw gedachte. MSFT zal er alles aan doen om dit deal door te laten gaan tegen een zeer aantrekkelijke prijs. Nokia kan heel weinig doen en het is niet aantrekkelijk voor een andere bieder. Tenzij de cijfers op 19 oktober zeer goed zijn. Zoals 15 mil Lumia's met een EPS van 0,15.

Maar misschien zijn ze er zo in de VS er uit en ontstaat er zoveel euforie dat alle koersen een zwieper naar boven krijgen,dus ook Nokia

Dat zal wel een paar dagen duren. Er is veel druk en veel (rijke) amerikanen willen geen obamacare. Als ze eruit zijn in het voordeel van obamacare kunnen we juist gaan zakken.

Maar als de deal daadwerkelijk doorgaat dan stijgt nokia SOWIESO nog even door. Voor de laatste rit, tot aan de volgende duidelijke stabilisatie blijf ik SOWIESO zitten.

Iemand enige idee waarom we vandaag weer omhoog gaan? Slot VS was 4,88, pre-market was 4,87 en ineens gaan we bijna 2% omhoog naar 4.97.

Given India's diverse urbanization patterns, HERE will work with a variety of communities across the country. In smaller towns and cities, locals will help HERE build out road networks, while in densely populated areas contributors will provide information about points of interest and capture changes. Ik begin ook het gevoel te krijgen dat de koers manipulatief op dit niveau wordt gehouden. Geen idee wat dat zou kunnen betekenen als de deal er definitief doorkomt.

Omhoog tot de deal, daarna misschien even zakken , totdat de volgende Nokia cijfers binnen zijn, dan kan het weer op of neer al naar gelang de cijfers. Ik verwacht wel een stijging de komende jaren.

Hoezo geen handel? Volume is laag (tot nu toe 1M) maar er is wel handel.
