Voor mij is 'few months' na 3 maanden toch echt voorbij en wat was die crisis heftig zeg........

Een klein beetje jammer dat je nu net gaat doen alsof of ik dat artikel zelf geschreven heb, even benadrukken (dat is denk bij jou wel nodig), het ging om een copy/paste... ;-)

Ja excuses, je hebt gelijk en jij bent al maanden heel erg optimistisch, dat ik dat nou niet heb gemerkt........
Btw, niet dat ik nou geloof dat het er allemaal zo 'gezond' aan toe is maar het is in ieder geval veel minder dramatisch dan hier vaak wordt geschetst en in een economische ineenstorting geloof ik niet.

De 'verrekijker' wordt straks nog 'de fakkel' in de volksmond (in Utrech zijn ze gek op bijnamen)...

Wellicht heeft RABO de 'verrekijker' goed verzekerd...het is de vraag wat er eerder 'kortsluit'; de 'Verrekijker' of RABO zelf....en dan denk ik zelf dat dat kantoor beter verzekerd is dan de eigenaar ervan.

Caterpillar says worldwide demand for its heavy construction and mining equipment continues to be strong, with sales growing 49 percent in January.

The Peoria, Ill., company said in a filing Friday that machinery sales were strongest in North America, where sales grew 58 percent from a year earlier, and Latin America, where sales surged 56 percent.

Engine sales also improved for Caterpillar but not as much as machinery sales. Caterpillar says total engine sales grew 23 percent.

Last month, the maker of yellow-and-black mining and construction equipment said its fourth-quarter net income more than quadrupled to $968 million as its sales surged 62 percent to $12.8 billion.

Stocks were little changed on Friday, with major indexes on course for a third week of gains as money managers saw little on the horizon to tame the bullish trend.

Caterpillar Inc (CAT - News) helped lift the Dow industrials, rising 1.5 percent to $104.96 after the equipment maker said machinery sales through dealers accelerated in the three months through January.

The S&P 500 is up 28 percent since the start of September, and this week doubled its level from the March 2009 lows, the quickest 100 percent jump since the Great Depression.

Investors have been braced for a pullback, with technical measures pointing to signs of overbought conditions, but the market has for weeks defied those expectations.

More investors want in on the gains and are looking for any signs of price weakness to jump in, analysts said.

Het kan immers gebeuren dat iets of iemand even een steuntje in de rug nodig heeft in het kader van de toch wel erg onvoorspelbare crisis. In de berichtgeving over de crisis tel ik nogal vaak het woord ‘plotseling’, in de betekenis van een ineens tegenvallende ontwikkeling. Tot de verbazing van veel bloggers bleef het echter niet beperkt tot een eenmalige actie. De dag daarop werd namelijk wederom massaal gebruik gemaakt van de noodkredietregeling en wel voor een bedrag van 16 miljard euro.
