Geen idee wie je met "Hij" bedoelt.
Ik heb niets tegen Russen.

Heb als waterklerk in de Rotterdamse haven talloze Russische schepen in- en uitgeklaard.
En al waren de bemanningsleden van die schepen soms straalbezopen als zo'n schip aanlegde waren ze geen onprettige zeelui.

Eén keer in de tijd van de Sovjet Unie heb ik een fout gemaakt. Een
Georgische kapitein van een tanker uit Novorosiisk bij Shell heb ik een keer aangesproken als een Rus. Hij was zwaar beledigd.

Toen is me duidelijk gemaakt dat onder de knoet van Moskou leven een hel kon zijn voor lieden buiten Rusland.

En dat is me altijd bijgebleven.

Putin’s ‘Greatest Task’ is to Become a New Stalin and Divide World with West, Belkovsky Says

Staunton, March 5 – On the 62nd anniversary of his death today, Stalin continues to cast an ever darker shadow over Russia, sparking debates about how he should best be remembered (regions.ru/news/2546396/) and the transformation of the GULAG museum in Perm from one memorializing his victims to one celebrating their jailors (rufabula.com/news/2015/03/04/perm).

But beyond these symbols, the influence of Stalin on the thinking of Vladimir Putin and his regime is increasingly obvious and strong, as Moscow political analyst Stanislav Belkovsky pointed out on the eve of this anniversary on Ekho Moskvy’s “Osoboye mneniye” program hosted by Olga Zhuravlyeva (echo.msk.ru/programs/personalno/1504194-echo/).

According to Belkovsky, “Putin’s most important task is to become in international politics a new Stalin, not in the domestic sense but in the international. That is, to move toward a second Yalta, to return to the world of Yalta and Potsdam, and to agree with the US and the EU, and in the case of the EU in the first instance with Germany, about the division of the world” with clearly “fixed zones of influence.”

Ukraine, he continues, “is only a place des armes and instrument for the solution of these tasks” and those Putin is using there are “only pawns on a chessboard,” who can be sacrificed in the name of the endgame. This is something a few of these people may already be beginning to recognize and even to fear.

But despite his suggestion that Putin is following in the footsteps of Stalin internationally rather than at home, Belkovsky also discussed some of the ways in which the Kremlin leader is copying the late dictator at home, including “the routinization” of the persecution of his enemies by use of ostensibly judicial institutions and the spread of violence throughout the country.

As a result of Putin’s actions, human life in Russia “isn’t worth anything,” and a decision to kill him is taken in terms of his “liquidation cost.” That means, Belkovsky says, that “the question to kill this or that individual or not to kill him is made” by comparing the costs of killing him against the damage the potential victim is thought to have inflicted on the regime.

Poetin haalt broekriem aan

Het salaris van de Russische president Vladimir Poetin gaat omlaag. De president, zijn premier en andere regeringsfunctionarissen accepteren een loonoffer van 10 procent. Dat heeft het Kremlin vrijdag bekendgemaakt via staatsmedia.
Het is niet bekend hoeveel geld Poetin precies inlevert, maar hij zal waarschijnlijk niet veel pijn lijden. Zijn salaris was vorig jaar namelijk met 165 procent omhooggegaan. Het privévermogen van Poetin is in nevelen gehuld.
De Russische economie heeft flinke last van westerse sancties, lage olieprijzen en de koers van de roebel. Het land stevent af op een recessie.

Dat " fake " zit je hoog hè ! Maar het zijn al decennia lang keiharde cijfers. Je hebt er geen benul van hoe in harde Euro's zo'n vermogen van de appelflauwte van oktober 2014 tot vandaag is gestegen.

Hopelijk gaat Rusland ook Estland en Letland bij Rusland voegen, Rusland moet een sterke macht worden want hier in West Europa zien we duidelijk het gevaar nog niet goed genoeg in wat allemaal geinfiltreerd zit hier.
Eigenlijk moeten we hopen dat Rusland Nederland gaat overnemen zodat we baas in eigen land worden. Democratie maakt zoveel kapot zoals we kunnen zien, Nederland betaald haar prijs er voor.......
En als het aan de Pechtoldjes ligt dan vallen er nog onschuldige doden.......D66 is staatsgevaarlijk en PVDA zoals we weten ook. GL ook trouwens.

Interessante analyse.

If you accept this analysis of Russia as a mafia kleptocracy - and it's almost incontrovertibly correct - then it becomes easier to assess the current Russian regimes objectives. Their first and foremost priority is maintain themselves in power since the whole state apparatus is subverted to operate to their benefit. Therefore they are base 'conservative' and view movements such a the Ukrainian Maidan and 'Arab Spring' who's base agenda is reformist with abject horror; a Russian reformist movement cannot be permitted as otherwise they'd all face jail, or worse. Thus the essential appeal to a form of almost Russian reactionary conservatism with a strong alliance with Russian Orthodox Church (who are given a 'cut' via tax free alcohol sales among other things - one of the reasons Pussy Riot chose to perform in the Moscow Cathedral was to highlight this seeming anomaly - Bukovsky is their 'hero'). In addition they are anxious to secure their revenues, mostly from siphoning off money from the sale of gas and petrol and other natural resources - exactly on the old Lenningrad model of the early 1990s - and in this context they would like to cut out any non Russian controlled gas supply to Europe. One of the main non Russian supplies is from the Caspian (Azerbaijan) via Georgia and in this context the whole Russian policy in the Caucuses - the support of Armenia against Azerbaijan, the Russo Georgian war and the Iranian alliance, can be understood; the recent Russo - Turkish rapprochement is just the latest part in this story. Gas blackmail is still one their strongest weapons in their desire to dominate more lands from which they can steal; to them Ukraine, Poland or Romania is the equivalent of a US 'street block' currently controlled by an opposing 'gang' but which they seek to control and 'manage' themselves.

Force is the only thing that the Russian regime respects as it is it's their own preferred method. Those of us who have studied this and been involved have no illusions; the domino that is Ukraine is no different from any other domino...

Belarus 'annexation' will most likely follow a successful Ukrainian 'take over'. Will it stop there? It never does sadly. By the 'Gerasimov doctrine' rules we are already 'at war'; the huge propaganda and 'troll' campaign, the funding of anti Atlantic alliance and anti EU parties, foundations and media, the increased airspace violations and cyber war, as well as the 'little green men' and 'soldiers on holiday' is precisely what the 'Gerasimov doctrine' dictates and this is not aimed at Ukraine alone but at their longer term objectives.

Putin Signs Amendments Lowering Penalties For Bribes.

March 09, 2015

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed changes to the Criminal Code that decrease the fines that those caught taking or giving bribes will receive.

The changes were posted on the official website for Russian legislation on March 9.

The changes lower the minimum fine for accepting a bribe from 25 times the amount of the bribe to 10 times the amount.

Those caught giving bribes face a minimum fine of five times the amount of the bribe, down from the previous 15 times the amount of the bribe.

Also lowered were fines for large bribes, designated as more than 25,000 rubles (some $400), from 20 times the amount of the bribe to 10 times the amount.

Those convicted of either giving or receiving bribes also have 60 days instead of the previous 30 days to pay off the fine.
