We gaan maar weer verder met Steinhoff , zou je bijna vergeten met sommige posts.
Morgen om 11.00 uur sluit de inschrijving , waarbij er al meer vraag is dan aanbod.
Op zich een goed teken , en wellicht een hogere prijs.
Op andere fora kwam ik al schattingen tegen van 7,5 a 8 miljard , dan moet er nog wat gebeuren , maar je weet het nooit.
Hoe dan ook , vandaag tot nu toe weer eens een keer een klein plusje op het bord waarbij gezegd moet worden dat de omzet bedroevend laag is , dus kan nog alle kanten op vandaag.
Ik heb in ieder geval vertrouwen in een goede beursgang van Pepco.

De 'begeleiders' van de IPO lijken in ieder geval goed werk te verrichten - en hopelijk blijkt het uitstekend werk te zijn.

In the announcement dated 25 March 2021 Steinhoff stated the following:

S155 Voting Deadline Date

Under SIHPL's proposal in terms of section 155 of the South African Companies Act, 2008 (the "S155 Proposal", which is available at www.SteinhoffSettlement.com), for those who qualify as “Scheme Creditors” and wish to participate and vote at the “Meeting” (each as defined in the S155 Proposal), the last date for submitting claims to the Claims Administrator for verification is the "Voting Deadline Date" published on www.SteinhoffSettlement.com in due course.

Scheme Creditors are advised that the Voting Deadline Date has now been published on www.SteinhoffSettlement.com as 05 May 2021, and accordingly any Scheme Creditors wishing to participate in and vote at the Meeting must file their claims prior to such date.

On the SteinhoffSettlements website the position is clarified further regarding the s155 proceedings (https://steinhoffsettlement.com/important-dates-deadlines.aspx).

Voting Deadline Date – date by which claimants wishing to participate in the Scheme Meeting must file their claims with the Claims Administrator: 05 May 2021

Deadline for submission of SIHPL Filing Instruction (proxies):
To be announced on this website as soon as possible (72 hours prior to the Scheme Meeting)

Scheme Meeting
The time and date of the Scheme Meeting will be published on this website when available.

Settlement Effective Date
The date on which the SIHNV Composition Plan and SIHPL Section 155 Proposal are effective

Bar Date
The date falling three months after the Settlement Effective Date

As such 5 May 2021 was the deadline to register claims for those wanting to vote at the meeting. The date of the scheme meeting has not yet been set, and as such no vote has taken place.

Part B3 of the amended s155 proposal contains the following:

19.1 The alleged claims of each of the SIHPL Market Purchase Claimants have been ascribed values solely for purposes of settlement under and in terms of this Proposal, in accordance with a methodology developed for the estimation of all MPC Relevant Claims (the "MPC Valuation Methodology"), as more fully described in the Steinhoff Allocation Plan.

19.2 SIHPL and SIHNV have formulated the MPC Valuation Methodology with the assistance of Analysis Group, an internationally respected, reputable and experienced economic, financial and strategy consulting firm with offices in Europe, North America and Asia, operating from its London branch. The MPC Valuation Methodology has been formulated in accordance with international standard market practice and with regard to principles of South African law.

Steinhoff will only be able to determine the universe for the s155 meeting once the data has been verified by Computershare and these “values” calculated. Similarly, Steinhoff will only be able to determine the outcome of the meeting once all of the verified claimants have voted at such a meeting.

As usual Steinhoff will inform the market, through the official stock exchange channels, as and when there is new and relevant information to release.

Ich schätze mal, so schnell wird das nichts Offizielles zu kommen.

Ze eisen vandaag liquidatie in de rechtbank??

De zaak dient op de 24e , dus nog voor de IPO van Pepco, zou dit kans van slagen maken? Laten we het niet hopen , maar dit kunnen we hoe dan ook niet gebruiken.

Zou het zo kunnen zijn dat zij inmiddels weten dat het settlement erdoor komt , of in ieder geval een groot vermoeden hebben , en dat zij tegen waren en nu als laatste strohalm dit proberen?

Heel knap dat jij dit even analyseert en stelt dat het kansloos is zonder te weten hoe en wat.
Als dit kansloos was , begonnen ze er niet aan.
En kijk eens even naar de koers , je bent de enige die denkt dat het kansloos is.
In plaats van net als mij , eens onderzoek te doen naar info , schrijf je info van anderen af , maar inmiddels wel 10 procent van de koers af , jou bijdrages hier zijn kansloos.

STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS N.V. - PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION APPLICATION

Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. ("SIHNV" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, "Steinhoff" or the "Steinhoff Group") notes recent press commentary regarding a filing in the South African courts of an application for inter alia the provisional liquidation of SIHNV.

On 12 May 2021 entities affiliated with the former shareholders of Tekkie Town (Pty) Ltd ("Tekkie Town Claimants") filed the aforementioned application in the Western Cape Division of the High Court of South Africa. The Tekkie Town Claimants have requested the matter be heard on an urgent basis on 24 May 2021.

As previously noted, SIHNV is a public limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands and is registered with the Trade Register in the Netherlands under number 63570173, with tax residency in South Africa. On 15 February 2021, the Company announced that it had resolved to lodge an application for a Dutch "suspension of payments" procedure ("Dutch SoP") with the Amsterdam District Court to implement its proposal to settle the multi-jurisdictional legacy claims against it. The Amsterdam District Court approved the application on the same day and appointed two administrators, namely Mr. F. Verhoeven and Mr. C.R. Zijderveld.

SIHNV will oppose the application by the Tekkie Town Claimants and will vigorously defend any attempt to disrupt the proposed global settlement and the Company's ongoing Dutch SoP and the proper forum of the Dutch courts. The global settlement proposal currently under consideration by the Dutch court incorporates provisions to address the disputed claims of the Tekkie Town Claimants against the Company which relate to transactions between the Tekkie Town Claimants and the Company in 2016
