Research
Recent zijn de resultaten van een klinische trial met
Cofact met negentig trombosepatiënten in het Deventer
Ziekenhuis gepubliceerd in Thrombosis Research.
Strengers: “Daarvoor hebben we vanuit het buitenland
veel waardering gekregen en is de vraag naar Cofact
ontstaan. Dit onderzoek is uitgevoerd door Lonneke
Dam-van Aart. Zij onderzocht tijdens haar opleiding tot
ziekenhuisapotheker in Deventer welke dosis van
Cofact, het best kan worden gegeven aan ontstolde
patiënten met een ernstige bloeding of waarbij met
spoed een operatie moet worden uitgevoerd. Uit het
onderzoek bleek dat een individueel doseeradvies,
afhankelijk van het bestaande en gewenste stollingsniveau
en het lichaamsgewicht van de patiënt, beter is
dan de standaarddosis van 20 ml. Lonneke Dam-van
Aart ontving voor dit onderzoek de Deventer Sint
Jozefprijs 2006. Deze prijs, bestaande uit het Jozefbeeld
namens de Vereniging Medische Staf en een geldprijs
namens de directie van het Deventer Ziekenhuis, wordt
jaarlijks uitgereikt aan de auteur van het beste artikel
over medisch onderzoek uitgevoerd in het Deventer
Ziekenhuis. In totaal waren er 23 inzendingen.

Mutual Recognition Procedure (MRP)
Via een MRP is Cofact sinds eind 2006 in zeven Europese
landen geregistreerd. Bij een dergelijke procedure wordt
een product dat al in één land in Europa na grondige
analyse van de documenten is geregistreerd, in de
andere landen goedgekeurd. Strengers: “De autoriteiten
in die landen kunnen wel additionele eisen stellen, bijvoorbeeld
op het gebied van veiligheid of dat de patiëntenbijsluiter
in de juiste taal is gesteld. Als daaraan is
voldaan, mag het product in dat land worden geleverd.”
Het is niet zo dat Sanquin in Europa de levering
van Cofact zelf gaat verzorgen. Daarvoor worden partners
gezocht. Voor Finland en België bestaat al langdurige
samenwerking met lokale partners, voor andere
landen werkt Sanquin met distributeurs. Zoethout:
“Sinds augustus 2007 is Cofact geïntroduceerd in Finland
en in september volgt de introductie in Oostenrijk.
Voor Sanquin een spannend moment. Wij zijn natuurlijk
heel benieuwd of ons product ook in andere dan de
Nederlandse markt zal worden geaccepteerd. Als dat zo
is, dan komt dit niet alleen de doelmatigheid van de
Nederlandse bloedvoorziening ten goede, maar ook de
kwaliteit van de gezondheidszorg in het buitenland.”

je hoeft echt niet snel te zijn hoor tenminste niet om te kopen wel om te verkopen misschien

Zo willem nobody heb je weer troost gevonden bij een oetlullen firma in de states.
Knap werk van je jongen. Een ander laten zoeken en dan net doen of je hetzelf hebt uitgevonden!!!
Wat een oetlul ben je toch !!!!

RSI is deze maand voor het eerst sinds ruim een jaar weer eens voven de 80. Het lijkt mij dat de dalende trend is gestop. Consolidatie of up is nu de vraag.

Beste MtBaker de RSI boven de 80 is niet gunstig maar ongunstig.

De RSI fluctueert tuusen 0 en 100. Wanneer de RSI een top bereikt heeft en begint te dalen, dan is dit een aanwijzing voor een top in de koers. En omgekeerd.

Als waarde voor het aantal dagen wordt vaak 20 (zoals boven) of 14 genomen. De standaard interpretatie van de RSI-14 is dat een stand onder de 30 een oversold situtatie aangeeft; een mogelijk koopmoment. Een stand boven de 70 geeft een overbought situatie aan; een mogelijk verkoopmoment.

Brussels, February, 11th 2008. Two large European fractionation entities, the French state-owned biopharmaceutical group LFB and the Dutch foundation Sanquin and the Belgian Red Cross signed a framework agreement.
One of the most important part of this agreement concerns a 24.99% minority interest for LFB, for a sum that could possibly exceed 10 million Euros, in the Belgian structure CAF/DCF (Central Fractionation Department of the Red Cross) in which Sanquin has a majority interest.
This participation and various industrial agreements between the entities will allow LFB to significantly increase its production capacities over the short term through the use of the plant located in Brussels.
The industrial cooperative measures to be implemented are related to, in particular, medicinal products, processes, quality assurance and controls. The goal is to improve the safety of supply in Europe of plasma-derived medicinal products from voluntary unpaid blood donations. “This is a very important agreement for LFB,” declared Christian Béchon, the Chief Executive Officer of LFB. “Increasing our product capacities with a partner such as Sanquin meets a public health need as our medicinal products are essential to thousands of patients each year. From an industrial stand point, the plant in Brussels is very complementary to our plant in Les Ulis where we are making significant investments to increase capacity.
” “We have been working together for a long time and are convinced that the European market is crucial to our fields. We chose this cooperation with LFB to secure this strategic supply for the Dutch Healthcare” added Théo Buunen, Chairman of the Sanquin Executive Board.
