Fugro krijgt opdracht van Innogy
Financiële details niet vermeld.
(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Fugro gaat voor Innogy zeebodemonderzoek doen op de Doggersbank in de Noordzee. Dit meldde de Nederlandse bodemonderzoeker donderdag.
De financiële details van de opdracht werden niet vermeld.
Op de zandbank, gelegen 195 kilometer voor de kust van Noordoost-Engeland, gaat het moederbedrijf van Essent het windmolenpark Sofia aanleggen met een capaciteit van 1,4 gigawatt.
Fugro zal geofysische en geotechnische diensten leveren ter ondersteuning van de aanleg van een 220 kilometer lange exportkabel.
Het aandeel Fugro noteerde donderdag op een rood Damrak 5,4 procent hoger op 10,75 euro.

FUGRO KICKS OFF MAJOR CABLE ROUTE SITE INVESTIGATION FOR SOFIA OFFSHORE WIND FARM
Fugro’s multipurpose vessel Fugro Pioneer left the Port of Sunderland in the UK earlier this month to kick off a 6-month offshore site investigation and survey campaign for innogy’s Sofia offshore wind farm.

With a consented capacity of 1.4 GW, Sofia will be one of the world’s biggest offshore wind farms; Fugro will provide geophysical and geotechnical services over the project’s 220 km export cable corridor, in what is believed to be one of the longest cable route surveys ever performed for an offshore wind farm, as well as further works on the wind farm array.

The objective of Fugro’s site investigation is to comprehensively characterise subsurface conditions along the cable route corridor to better understand the benthic ecology and offshore archaeology of the site, and to enable detailed design for the proposed wind farm, which is located 195 km off the coast of north-east England.

The site investigation will include surveys performed from five state-of-the-art vessels and will be complemented with a full suite of conventional and advanced laboratory testing. As well as Fugro Pioneer, geophysical survey data will be acquired using the Fugro Frontier and Fugro Seeker; two of Fugro’s geotechnical vessels will then follow to provide drilling, and seabed sampling and in situ testing. Once the Geo-data is acquired, Fugro will produce a ground model for innogy that will provide standardised datasets and interpretation in a clearly identifiable and easy-to-access format.

“For Fugro, this project is an exciting opportunity for multiple vessels and multidisciplinary project teams to work together to provide an excellent service to innogy and support the Sofia team in achieving its objectives from the outset,” said Sally Dalrymple, Senior Project Manager for Fugro.

In de Us trouwens ook twee grote projecten, die zijn gisteren bij de cijfers bekend gemaakt zegt men. Ik heb er zelf niks over gelzenz maar het gaat om Atlantic Shores en Mayflower project.

Ik verwacht een hele dikke shortsqueeze.

ShortSqueeze vraag ik me af.
Met het sluiten van de convertibles, moeten de shorts worden gesloten(dekking niet meer nodig).
Echter wordt er voor 10% nieuwe kapitaal uitgegeven, waarop de shorters zich natuurlijk graag inschrijven.
Dan hoeven ze het ook niet meer op de markt te kopen.
Echter gaan die nieuwe aandelen naar partijen die ze uitgeleend hebben en komen dus niet per definitie vrij op de markt(verhandelbaar).
Dat verklaard waarom we niet 10% dalen(door 10% uitgifte van kapitaal) maar zelfs stijgen(natuurlijk brengt de uitgifte ook iets meer zekerheid).

Nog 0,5 cent, gaat rap!
