Wanneer kunnen we deze cijfers verwachten. Welke berichten zijn hierover en wat verwachten we er van?

people : verschaft werk
planet : spaart de planeet
profit : brengt geld op
en een vierde p : heeft potentie.

Nu nog de cijfers. Ik wacht in spanning af!

Tot nu toe zijn nagenoeg alleen cijfers triggers voor wijzigingen in de koers. Dan ontstaan er ook volumes in de handel. Moet je nu eens kijken wat er vandaag werd verhandeld? Nagenoeg niets. Buts laat de cijfers met de outlook nu eens de trigger zijn om de koers op een veel hoger niveau te brengen.

Een van de nieuwste universiteiten van Nederland heeft Accoya®, het toonaangevende merk van gemodificeerd hout geproduceerd door Accsys Technologies, gekozen voor de bekleding van een van zijn vleugels.

De vleugel is de nieuwe locatie voor de Faculteit der Psychologie van Maastricht University en is onderdeel van ‘Brains Unlimited’: drie gebouwen met daarin een onderzoeksfaciliteit voor neurologische wetenschappen die de universiteit verbindt met beginnende bedrijven.

De Faculteit der Psychologie maakt deel uit van het noordelijke blok van drie gebouwen die samen de nieuwe ‘health campus’ vormen. Accoya is gebruikt om delen van het gebouw naast elk raam te bekleden. Het gebouw is ontworpen door het Nederlandse bedrijf Wiegerinck en is gevormd door een lint- en roosterstructuur rondom het gebouw, waarbij elke invulling deels wordt gemaakt uit met olie gecoate Accoya.

Accoya werd speciaal gekozen voor het noordelijke blok van de drie gebouwen die samen deze onderzoeksfaciliteit vormen, omdat de natuurlijke ‘look & feel’ van het hout het omliggende landschap en de tuinen weerspiegelen.

Accoya is gemaakt van FSC®-gecertificeerd hout uit legale, beheerde en duurzame bossen en is een attractief houtproduct dat Cradle to Cradle Gold-gecertificeerd is. Het product kent een uitstekende duurzaamheid en stabiliteit, waarbij het zijn esthetische kwaliteiten ook in de meest extreme weersomstandigheden behoudt.

Bryan Crennell, directeur sales en marketing voor Accsys Technologies zei hierover: “Accoya biedt een uitstekende duurzaamheid en heeft bij bovengronds gebruik 50 jaar garantie. Voor projecten zoals gevelbekleding biedt het ook het voordeel van een zeer lange onderhoudscyclus. Het hout ziet er daarnaast natuurlijk en mooi uit en is sterk genoeg om gure winters en hete zomers te doorstaan. Het is daarom de perfecte keus voor de nieuwe vleugel van de Universiteit Maastricht.”

Accoya wordt gemaakt met de beschermde acetyleringstechnologie van Accsys Technologies en is een van de meest geavanceerde houtproducten op de markt. Accoya levert buitengewoon hoge prestaties waaronder een uitzonderlijke vormvastheid, duurzaamheidsklasse 1 en milieuvriendelijkheid.

Accsys moves towards cash generation

Accsys Technologies, which has developed the acetylation of wood which sells under the Accoya brand, believes that it can generate cash in the fourth quarter.

In the nine months to December 2014, Accsys increased its revenues by 41 per cent to €32.4 million on the back of a 43 per cent jump in Accoya production, particularly in the UK, where it is distributed by AIM-quoted James Latham, and Germany. A 5 per cent price increase will be fully effective in the fourth quarter. The order book is double the level it was

Capacity has been increased at the company’s Arnhem factory. Licensee Solvay is on course to finish its Freiburg plant in 2016. Accsys has agreed to carry out specific marketing outside of Europe and Solvay has paid a non-refundable pre-payment of €2 million to finance this deal.

The cash outflow has been reduced and there should be an inflow in the fourth quarter. There was net cash of €7.1 million at the end of 2014. Net cash could improve to €8 million by the end of March 2015.

Accsys Technologies Plc Stock Rating Reaffirmed by Numis Securities Ltd (AXS)

They currently have a GBX 117 ($1.75) price objective on the stock. Numis Securities Ltd’s target price suggests a potential upside of 47.63% from the company’s current price.

Shares of Accsys Technologies Plc (LON:AXS) opened at 79.0551 on Wednesday. Accsys Technologies Plc has a one year low of GBX 56.0000 and a one year high of GBX 97.5960. 3. Who benefits
The beneficiaries are split into two broad groups:
a) the global community as a result of the overall environmental impact; and
b) those that benefit directly from our products and involvement with Accsys.
a) The global community
Our products are an alternative to tropical hardwoods and other high impact, carbon intensive materials such as plastics,
concrete and metals.
A natural solution for the problem of landscape deterioration and global warming is wood from well managed sources. The
forests we appreciate for their beauty and function as natural ecological habitat, are actually an important carbon sink by
filtering CO2 out of the air and absorbing this in the biomass of the tree. Although there are many misconceptions about this
issue, for the sake of climate protection, the best approach is to preserve the forest through responsible management, while
harvesting as much wood as sustainable for the production of durable products such as furniture or construction products,
which will act as additional carbon stores while providing the forest the opportunity to regenerate and produce new biomass. As
wood is a renewable resource, this is a very effective way to absorb carbon in the forest as well as in durable products. In fact,
while in the tropical regions deforestation is still continuing, in temperate regions such as in Europe and North America the net
forest area has been increasing steadily for several decades. Deforestation has significant social benefits for those adjacent
communities that would otherwise have suffered from such continued and unsustainable sourcing.
To produce Accoya® and Tricoya®, only abundantly available, typically fast growing wood species such as Radiata Pine are
being used from certified, sustainably managed forests and plantations, including FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council), PEFC
(Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and other regionally certified woods.
Furthermore, the improved durability qualities that Accsys introduces to the wood, result in a longer life material which further
improves the carbon sequestration properties. Together with a number of other properties and benefits (described in more
detail below and in section 4) our products clearly provide a unique way to reduce the impact of the environmental issues
including deforestation of tropical forests, waste and toxic emissions and global warming.
