AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Pharming Group nv (PHARM.AE) wil Paul Jai Sekhri en Jan Hendrik Egberts benoemen tot commissaris, meldt het biotechnologische concern donderdag.
De benoeming van Sekhri en Egberts wordt aan aandeelhouders voorgesteld tijdens de jaarlijkse vergadering op 30 april.
Sekhri is momenteel bestuursvoorzitter bij Lycera Corp, dat medicijnen ontwikkelt voor de behandeling van kanker en auto-immuunziektes. Egberts was bestuursvoorzitter bij Agendia, gespecialiseerd in moleculaire diagnostiek, en eerder ook bij het biotechnologisch bedrijf OctoPlus, dat in 2013 werd overgenomen door Dr. Reddy's Laboratories ltd.
