Multiple officials have placed him in relevant meetings and phone calls during which Ukraine policy, including Trump’s wish for “investigations,” was discussed.

Charles Kupperman: former deputy national security adviser under Bolton.

Likely in the room with Trump for discussions of Ukraine.

John Bolton: Trump’s national security adviser until September

He repeatedly told his staff to "tell the lawyers" about what was going on w/ Ukraine. Didn't want to be part of the "drug deal."

John Eisenberg: top lawyer for the National Security Council.

NSC staffers testified that they discussed their growing concerns with him. He reportedly moved the call transcript to a secure computer system normally reserved for highly classified information.

Michael Ellis: deputy counsel for the NSC

Was aware that multiple NSC staffers had concerns about what was happening to Ukraine policy

Wells Griffith: senior director for international energy and environment at the NSC

Hill placed him at the July 10 mtg w/ Ukrainian officials that Bolton cut short after Sondland suggested a WH meeting would be forthcoming if Ukraine launched the requested “investigations.”

Robert Blair: assistant to the president and senior adviser to acting White House Chief of Staff Mulvaney.

He communicated information about the hold on security assistance from Mulvaney's office to OMB.

Rick Perry: secretary of energy in the Trump administration.

He led the U.S. presidential delegation to the inauguration of President Zelenskyy in May. Taylor placed him in the “irregular” policy channel, along with Sondland, Volker and Giuliani.

Brian McCormack: Current associate director for natural resources, energy & science at OMV, but until September, he was Energy Secretary Rick Perry’s longtime chief of staff.

Michael Duffey: associate director for National Security Programs at the Office of Management and Budget

May have information about reasons given internally for why the security assistance was withheld and then released.

Russell Vought: acting director of the Office of Management and Budget.

He could have knowledge about the reasons Mulvaney and Trump articulated about why the money was being held.

Mick Mulvaney: director of the Office of Management and Budget and the acting White House Chief of Staff.

He received Trump’s order to suspend the almost $400 million in security assistance to Ukraine and communicated it to the staff at OMB.

KYIV, Ukraine — As deputy foreign minister, it was Olena Zerkal’s job to read incoming diplomatic cables from embassies around the world. One from Washington caught her eye back in July, she recalled: It said the Trump administration had frozen military aid for Ukraine.

“We had this information,” Ms. Zerkal said in an interview. “It was definitely mentioned there were some issues.”

The timing of when Ukraine knew of the hold on the military aid is a critical question in the impeachment hearings in Congress. Democrats are trying to build a case that President Trump pressured President Volodymyr Zelensky by withholding the aid and a White House meeting — at the same time he was pressing for a public announcement that Ukraine would investigate his political rivals.

Mr. Trump and his allies have also made the timing issue part of his defense. How could Ukrainian officials feel the pressure of the aid freeze, they ask, if they did not know about it when the White House was pushing them to investigate Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., one of Mr. Trump’s biggest challengers in the 2020 American presidential election?

“They didn’t even know the money wasn’t paid,” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter last month.

Ms. Zerkal’s account is the first public acknowledgment by a Ukrainian official that senior figures in Kyiv knew about the aid freeze during the Trump administration’s pressure campaign — and that the Zelensky administration sought to keep that fact from surfacing to avoid getting drawn into the American impeachment debate.

She said her own government blocked a trip she had planned to Washington to meet members of Congress in October, worried she would discuss matters related to impeachment and drag its president into an inquiry he has been eager to avoid.

“They worried about this,” she said of Mr. Zelensky’s advisers. “They said, ‘This is not the time for you to travel to D.C.’” The cancellation of her trip was confirmed by Congressional aides.

Mr. Zelensky, whose government is still dependent on the Trump administration for aid and diplomatic backing, has said he did not learn of the aid freeze until before a meeting with Vice President Mike Pence on Sept. 1, though he has been vague about exactly when.

Republikeinse Huis senatoren kwamen zojuist uit een vergadering in het Senaatskantoor.

Vice President Mike Pence had een overleg met hen.
Onder meer Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows, Doug Collins en John Ratcliffe waren hierbij aanwezig.

Zeer wel mogelijk dat men gezocht heeft naar een gezamenlijke opstelling in het impeachment onderzoek, dat morgen van start gaat.

Waarom komen de strijders voor impeachment van Trump niet op het idee om hem af te zetten op basis van koersmanipulatie van de financiele markten en zelfverriking. Trum heeft ongeveer 4.5 miljard dollar aan vermogen,waarvan een groot deel zit in onroerend goed maar ook ongetwijfeld relatief veel in aandelen en andere assets. Als hij vantevoren 100% zeker weet wat de beurzen gaan doen als hij een bepaalde opmerking maakt of een besluit aankondigt dan neemt hij echt wel maatregelen om een grote daling van zijn vermogen te voorkomen, bij voorbeeld door vooraf derivaten te kopen. Dus onderzoek naar zijn beleggingen en handel zal ongetwijfeld koersmanipulatie aan het licht brengen, waardoor hij met zekerheid forse winsten maakt, dan wel zijn familie. Simpeler kun he het niet maken lijkt me.

Trump zegt dat er veel ISIS fighters gevangen genomen zijn. Veel ervan komen uit Europa en vraagt aan Macron "would you like us to send some ISIS fighters"
Macron vraagt Trump "be serious" en legt zijn verhaal uit over de strijd tegen ISIS.

Trump reageert daarna uitermate beledigend :
