Een rechter in Italie heeft besloten, dat de migranten die ronddobberen op twee NGO schepen in de Middellandse Zee toegelaten moeten worden tot Italie vanwege slecht weer en omstandigheden aan boord.
Dat rechters zich gaan bemoeien met politieke zaken zal steeds meer gaan voorkomen. In Nederland hadden we de Urgandazaak over het halen van klimaatdoelen.
GroenLinks en Green Peace activisten wonnen de rechtzaak.
Nu gaan rechters zich ook bemoeien of migranten moeten worden toegelaten of niet.

Inmiddels dobberen er drie NGO schepen bij Lampedusa. Oceaan Viking, AZG en Proactiva Open Arms(Spanje). Het Spaanse schip mag zijn vluchtelingen van de rechter aan wal zetten maar de rechter heeft geen haven aangewezen.
Terug naar Libie willen NGO schepen niet met de vluchtelingen want ze zeggen, de veiligheid kan niet worden gegarandeerd in Libie.
Dus migranten reizen vanuit heel Afrika naar Libie, een land dat onveilig is? Je vlucht uit je land en gaat dan naar een land waar het onveilig is?
Dan zet je ook nog je leven op het spel door in een wrakke boot te stappen waar de kans 50% is dat je Europa niet haalt. Nu zal dat percentage veel lager liggen doordat NGO schepen voor de kust van Libie liggen.

Het roept natuurlijk de vraag op, wat is de inhoud van onze huidige democratie eigenlijk.

Is dat je land willens en wetens maar laten degraderen tot wat de eigen bevolking helemaal niet wil?

Omdat wetten te algemeen zijn? Omdat de rechterlijke macht in feite buiten zijn boekje gaat door politiek te bedrijven en zich dus niet houdt aan de scheiding der machten?

Omdat MSM de mogelijkheid zien om hun macht te misbruiken?

Er moet toch eens heel goed worden nagedacht of aan het mislopen van wat de bedoeling is van onze democratie geen halt moet worden toegeroepen.

Het Spaanse NGO schip(kapitein) is naar de rechter in Rome gestapt en kreeg gelijk. Salvini heeft nog niet gereageerd. Hij heeft het te druk met andere zaken.
De democratie zit zo inelkaar, dat rechters politici en regering kunnen dwingen zich ergens aan te houden.
Maar vaak is er ergens voor getekend door regeringen(klimaatakkoord) en dan krijg je de rechter op je dak als je afwijkt van het getekende akkoord. Vandaar dat Urgenda de regering schaakmat zette.

NORTH AFRICA’S FIRST-EVER HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL IS IN THE WORKS

In a first for North Africa, German non-profit organization Pixelhelper is building a Holocaust memorial and education center in Morocco.

The monument is situated 26 km. southeast of Marrakech on the road to the Ouarzazate Film Studios in Ait Faska, a site that attracts thousands of tourists.

Bienkowski said as the founder of the PixelHelper Foundation, which promotes human rights and fights against racism worldwide, “I did research in the Yad Vashem database>>> and found my last name ‘Bienkowski.’”>>>

Soon after making this discovery, he started work on building the memorial.

“We have a black tower with an infinity flame, and in the black house we will show people the history of the Jews in North Africa during the Holocaust,” he continued, “Then, in the middle of the monument, we have [blocks with the colors of] a rainbow for the LGBTQ+ Jews and people who died in concentration camps.”

The memorial will include actors and themed rooms to “show our visitors all aspects of life in the concentration camp,” Bienkowski said. “We plan to build some>>> railway tracks,”>>> and there are also plans to bring an >>>old train>>> to the memorial.

“We want to build [a replica of] the>>> ovens in Bergen-Belsen>>>,” and they also plan for>>> actors to reenact >>>some of the horrific scenes that took place in the>>> crematoria.>>>

“Our goal is to take people from the entrance, and go through our memorial until the end in an emotional, eye-opening and artistic happening that will reach people’s heart and not only their mind, [like what happens] if they see movies or hear sound files,” Bienkowski emphasized.

“We think that the younger generation can understand the Holocaust better if they see it live,” he said. “From the morning count and through a crematorium, people can experience first-hand barracks and the important parts of a concentration camp. If people never see what happened in the Holocaust, they can’t imagine it,” he said. “It’s important... to show school kids and all people what happened,” and make it clear that “it can never happen again.

“It’s so important to show videos, audio and live theatrical forms for people [to understand] in their minds the brutality of the Holocaust,” Bienkowski added. “Culture and historical exchange is the best fertilizer for tolerance between humans. We hope that this Holocaust memorial will>>> push the friendship between Muslim countries and Jews.”>>>

Bienkowski said that the memorial’s Rainbow installation will be finished by Hanukkah.

Gisteren was het bij ons wederom raak.
De dader deed er weinig moeite voor om zijn afkomst te verhullen, hij had zelfs geen bivakmuts op.

Uiteraard is de politie met gezwinde spoed op zoek gegaan naar de daders en hebben ze een wel heel erg duidelijke omschrijving van de gezochte personen gegeven.

Het "akkefietje" is echter gewoon bij daglicht gepleegd op een punt waar altijd veel mensen zijn.

Zelf was ik er niet bij, wel heb ik inmiddels gehoord hoe de daders er uit zien.

Afkomst, een continent waarvan je de eerste letter voorin het alfabet terug kunt vinden.
Huidskleur, de eerste letter hiervan vind je achterin het alfabet terug.

Het begint structureel te worden, de politie doet eigenlijk niets, de media wordt de kop ingedrukt en ze mogen de waarheid niet schrijven, want stel je toch eens voor, het doofpot principe moet in dit soort gevallen gehanteerd worden.

Tja, de vakantietijd voor de Irritrejes zit er weer op, ruim 6 weken lang was het rustig bij ons, ze waren op familiebezoek in het land van herkomst op onze kosten.

Nu zijn ze er weer, ze voelen zich steeds meer thuis en denken zelfs dat het winkelcentrum bij ons in de buurt van hun is.
Ze jatten als raven, ze zijn hondsbrutaal, en met name vele ouderen zijn zelfs bang om nog alleen naar de winkel te gaan.

Werkelijk, het gaat fantastisch in Nederland, kuch...
