Wederom een mooi resultaat 1,6 % .Gister ook al 1,6 ,in twee dagen 3,2 %! Bij welke bank krijg je dat? Top aandeel!!

tja niet te geloven deze koers, maar uiteraard kan de koers nog lager. Ik wou bijkopen bij 5.35, maar denk dat de koers nog lager gaat, dus maar afwachten tot de verkiezingen in Griekenland gehouden zijn.

USG PEOPLE : sets 2010 stock dividend conversion ratio 06/14/2011 | 02:00pm Almere, 14 June 2011 - Today USG People N.V. set the conversion ratio for the 2010 stock dividend. The General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26 May 2011 adopted the proposal to distribute a dividend in cash or in shares. The cash dividend was set at ? 0.16 per ordinary share. The conversion ratio was determined based on the average closing price of USG People N.V. shares during the period from 30 May 2011 up to and including 14 June 2011, equalling ? 12.145. The number of dividend rights giving entitlement to one new ordinary share in USG People N.V. with a nominal value of ? 0.50 has been set at 75. The value of the stock dividend is virtually equal to the final cash dividend of ? 0.16. 42,437,471 shares (54.6% of all outstanding shares which are entitled to dividend over 2010) have been registered for the payment of stock dividend. 565,833 new ordinary shares will be issued, bringing the total number of outstanding shares to 78,448,505. Payment of the cash dividend and delivery of ordinary shares resulting from the conversion of dividend rights will be effected as from 20 June 2011. An application has been submitted under article 5:4(e) of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act for the new shares to be quoted on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam as from 20 June 2011. The new shares will carry dividend entitlement for the 2011 financial year and subsequent years.
